The ceremony took place in the St. Lucia Hall in Bologna, Italy. The Academic Senate, the Principals of the Italian Faculties of Veterinary Medicine, the teachers of veterinary of Bologna and other towns, as well as numerous colleagues and friends witnessed the event.
